I'm only going to say how i feel, and how i know others feel, but won't say ...
I have nothing against Passion- but I don't think her leaving was for "the benefit of scalebane"......
Sure, she was a consistant raider, and showed up- and mage power---- but, what your promoting should you accept this, is that I can make ..... another 60 my main by simply quitting the guild and reapplying and get 2 characters geared by using you guys and another guild? ok.
Passion, again, nothing personal.... but I think, this was a bad decision and VERY poorly executed on your part, and i mean- if resolute wants you so bad, they should want all your characters and you should go there.

First off, shes not milking 2 guilds for loot. Believe me. joining resolute isnt for loot. She and I had an oppertunity to do something new. After 7 months of MC, i'm sure you would be too. We have both been in this game since beta.
Second, she thought that if she went to bwl, aq40 and naxx, we could learn different strategies, that we would bring back to scalebane and help.
Third, Passion is very helpful, consistant raider, and breaks her back helping people and this guild. She brought Tryana into raids when we were short healers, when she didnt have to. She would bring aeval in Ony to help with dots, because there werent enough of them. She brought passion to every raid, she could have sat in scaleouts, but she choose to go to MC and help everyone else get there gear, because they helped her.
If you knew passion at all, you would know. This is not about gear.

This forum is called "Recruiting" not "Why did you leave".
Her intentions for leaving is not what should be up for discussion. However whether her priest should be recruited or not is.

Lets stop with any personal attacks.
But let me remind you, our members have every right to question people who we recruit again. The ultimate decision is still Calisa.
If i left the guild, I would no doubt expect some sort of backlash from people, i won't expect it to be an open arm, welcome back.
Need I remind you, some people questioned the current policy when Angel(sorry i had to use you) applied to another guild with her Alt.
This is no different than people like uncommon addressing her concerns now. We all had our chance to address our concerns when Angel applied.
I hope people understand, Passion will recieve both good and harsh reviews. Yes i understand this is the recuriting forums but people do have a right to post there concerns on the person re-applying and also questioning how to handle ex-guild members leaving and coming back. So Uncommon has every right to question the application and how it may affect the guild in the long run. Simply put, she just wants to see a policy setup to punish people who leave the guild and come back. Basically its not a free ride and it shouldn't be so easy for someone to leave scalebane and then just comeback in and pickup where he/she left. If you truly care about scalebane you would see that some sort of rule needs to be inplace to stop people from casually leaving and re-joining, we have some rules in place but maybe it needs to be reviewed, I am sure the officers are looking at it already.
So sorry if this has hurt anybody's feelings but I do believe all members have the right to voice their concerns. This may not be the proper place to do it, but I do believe the other thread was closed. But I encourge if people do have a problem, you should post a thread in the member forums, so you can discuss your feelings.
PS BTW this also goes for Borgyll recruitment thread, as I also see some comments on him.

I agree hence why i said, if people have an issue other than recruiting, then post a thread on the member section on any issues with how scalebane handles people leaving and going
I believe Uncommon was heading towards that direction... I can't really say, unless she wants to clarify herself, but at least thats my feelings ever since hunterdude left like 6 times(lost count) and came back, I questioned our system.
