turbographx 16 emulator

hey guys, help me get a turbographx 16 emulator working on my computer.
i tried downloading Hu-Go! from zeograd.com, but it keeps giving me errors when i try to run it and i feel like a noob.
i need to play military madness for research purposes.

Raun, When you downloaded it from:

http://www.zeograd.com/hugo_download.php

There are two versions, one comes with GTK, and one does not.

Make sure you grab the one with GTK, as that's the library you're missing:

i installed both, several times each.
i just did it again and received the same error message.
what else could i be doing wrong?

Have you rebooted since installing? Sometimes installers don't register DLL's correctly.
