You have to get a ROM to go along with it (unzip the ROM into the roms folder and that's what the game is running over it seems) (with a certain ROM you're able to have one of the pokemon in your party follow you around apparently lol)
Pretty nifty lil thing I was hearing about around twitch.tv figured I link it out here. Pokemon, who doesn't love it lol.
