A few of the officers have taken up Eve Online in between raids. We're gonna start up a little Scalebane corporation to mess around in when we aren't playing wow.
If any of you are interested, you can download the game at http://www.eve-online.com
There is a 14 day free trial (don't even need to enter a credit card), just click the top banner at http://www.eve-extra.com
Most of us are the Amarr race, but you can pick any really, although it might be difficult for you to hook up with us at first. I'm sure we can get around that. I hope to have the Scalebane Syndicate (our corp/guild) formed by tonite.
If you decide to check it out, join the Scalebane channel once you get to the channel part of the tutorial.
The tutorial is a bit long and boring, but I highly recommend going through the whole thing or you'll likely be completely lost. |

You'll have to fly there, and look for Scalebane Syndicate in the offices tab and click Join Corp. |

is anyone still playing eve? ive heard it come up alot but havent checked it out... is it any decent (my impression is that its another runescape) |

Only things comparable between EVE and RS (imo) is that in both games you can train all skills, and if you die you lose what you have on you.
When I get back to work I will try out EVE again, not sure how fun it will be if everyone else quit though  |
