1. What is the name of your main as well as level and class?
My mane is Quelzeth he is a lvl 42 hunter

2. What is your age?
I am 23 years old.

3. What guilds have you been with in the past, and why did you leave them, please provide as much detail as necessary.
I am currently in a small guild but am seeking a guild that has anyone around the same lvl as me. Everyone in the guild i am currently in is atleast 10 lvls lower than me. Makes it very hard to complete some quests.

4. Do you have any friends currently in Scalebane? If so, who & how do you know them?
I have one friend in Scalebane. His name is Soularmor. I have been friends with him for years.

5. Are you willing to install Ventrilo, as all our raid instructions are given vocally (No Mic required at this time) as well as several UI Mods required for raiding?
Yes I am

6. Are you willing to raid late at night? (11PM EST - 3AM EST)
Of course that is when I play the most.

7. Can you give us a brief summary of what your armor & weapons are like?
Currently my armor is around 1700 with a bunch of +stam and +agil I also have some with +att pow.

8. What, if any, instances are you attuned/keyed for?
None at the moment, I have not been able to run many.

9. Can you describe what raiding experience you have?
Only experience I have is watching Soularmor run kharazan.

10. What do you enjoy most about playing the game? There is no right answer here, so don''t sweat it =)
I love the challenge of killing horde. I also the challenge of completing different quests and just having fun running quests with other people.

11. What made you want to apply to Scalebane?
Soularmor was talking about it alot, and I also really want to find a guild that i can run quests with or just have some support if i need it.

12. Are there any situations in the past that may affect your reputation that you would like to explain?
Not that I am aware of.

13. Are you the original owner of your account, and are you the only one who plays your character?
Yes and Yes

I am 23 years old, I work part time and go to school. I am trying to become a pharmacist. Other than that I am your typical eveyday guy who likes to watch movies and play video games.
