Slashdance: left because I transferred to Horde.
All my other guild experience has been Horde, my Horde characters are all in Whiskey Brigade and have been for quite some time.
4. Do you have any friends currently in Scalebane? If so, who & how do you know them? (Family, real life friend, etc.)
Phine, Sedara, Kirlune, and Tyi are all friends who used to be in Slashdance with me. Riin hangs out in slashdance chat so I guess I kind of know him. Riku I've known for a couple of years also.
5. What best describes you now that you're level 85 (or once you are 85)?
A. I like to socialize, mess around, or whatever I'm in the mood for that day.
B. I like to raid mostly, & I pvp on the side (or not at all).
C. I like to pvp mostly, & I raid on the side (or not at all).
D. I like to level characters & professions.

A&B honestly, I'm not a big pvper. Most of the classes I play just get rolled in PVP. I love raiding though.
6. Are you interested in raiding 10 man content?
Sure, depending on raid nights.
no idea when my info is going to transfer in the armory. It also shows me wearing my feral trinkets, whoops.
8. Can you describe what raiding experience you have? Are you familiar with current raid content?
On horde side I raid 25s with Whiskey Brigade and have seen everything so far along with heroic Hafus and heroic Chim along with having put a couple nights worth of wipes into heroic Maloriak. Back in WOTLK i downed everything pre-ICC, as I quit the game around that time.
9. What role do you wish to perform while raiding? (Healer, Tank, DPS). Are you able to perform other roles if needed? I'd like to DPS, not averse to Healing but i'd rather DPS.
10. What made you want to apply to Scalebane?
Riin told me to and I miss all my slashdance friends.
11. Do you have any friends or family that will apply to Scalebane if you are recruited?
Not that I know of.

I used to post on the forums quite a bit so I might have developed a reputation there.

Yes!

I take classes, wine and dine my girlfriend, and play computer games. I do enjoy getting outside and seeing the sun once in awhile, although I live in Oregon so I rarely see it.
