1) What is the name of your main as well as level and class?
2) What is your age?
13 years old.
3) What guilds have you been with in the past, and why did you leave them, please provide as much detail as necessary.
This will be my first guild on Eredar.
4) Do you have any friends currently in Scalebane, and if so, who?
No.
5) Are you willing to install Ventrilo, as all our raid instructions are given vocally (No Mic required at this time) As well as a couple UI Mods required for raiding? (CT_Raid, etc.)
I am willing to do so.
6) Are you willing to raid late at night? (11PM EST - 3AM EST)
I would object if it wasn't at that time.
7) Can you give us a brief summary of what your armor & weapons are like? Do you have any tier 1/tier 2 armor? What is your unbuffed fire resist?
When I get armor, I will probably have +stamina, +intellect, and +strength armor, if I can afford to do so.
Can you describe what raiding experience you have?
I've done VC, RFC, Stockades, and one or two more low level 5 man instances.
9) What do you enjoy most about playing the game? There is no right answer here, so don't sweat it =)
I enjoy all aspects, especially tanking and healing.
10) What made you want to apply to Scalebane?
It seems like a pretty good guild to help me get established on the server.
11) Are there any situations in the past that may affect your reputation that you would like to explain?
Not really.
12) Finally, tell us a little about yourself. We're first and foremost a guild about people, People > Loot. =)
Well, I live on the east coast, I'm going into 8th grade next year. I'm at my grandparents for anywhere from 3 more days to three more weeks, so I can't make this character until I get back. Isn't that dandy? I plan to make the character a female human paladin after a lot of thought. I also plan to do 2 handed mace tanking after a lot of thought put into it, though I may decide to sheild tank. The reason that I'm dead set on tanking is because a friend from camp is setting up a party and they need a tank. I'm not too fond of druid tanking, and I have a warrior on another server. If the paladin doesn't work out for tanking, I'll switch to a warrior, though.
Not much else to say, so I look forward to hearing back. If I get accepted, please reply to this thread as I have to contact ingame at this time.

Kidding? Oh no, of course not. We are all about recruiting inexperienced players who don't even have a character yet. We also love tanking Paladins.

1. I have several characters. I don't have any characters on Eredar.
2. I've been playing for over 7 months.
3. While I don't agree that paladins can't tank, I do agree that they aren't the best tankers, which is why I'm considering going with a warrior instead.
4. It didn't seem to me like experience was all that you were looking out for.

Experience leads to lack of ignorance, lack of ignorance leads to smoother gameplay, smoother gamplay leads to greater enjoyability.
Granted though there is room to learn, I don't think anyone wants someone they gotta handhold till 60 whom might not even get there >.>
One thing though, atleast you didnt lie. I think.

Alright. A suggestion to you guys would be to set some rules on applications on exactly who you are looking for. It seems to me like you're looking for people with a good griphold of the game, probably level 50+ on the applying character.
Put some concrete rules and you'll get more applications that you won't decline.
