It's Elihu, on our server. He linked me the video and then posted it on the forums. Good stuff. When he took me outside SW to show me first-hand, it's just -
Cheapshot, Hemo, Gouge (with initiative, that's 5cp), Gnomish Death Ray (the trinket), and an Instant Coldblood Evis macro.
Nothing special. The Deathray adds an extra 800-4000 damage (though higher than 1200 is damn rare with the Death Ray).
